Anchor handling operation commence at 0500 hrs till 2400hrs. Operation delay due to Strong Wind and Heavy Rain. Anchor No.4 found dragging during pre-tensioning. West alliance start to move tender towards the platform from 4th/0001hrs. Hopefully the weather permit us to Rig Up!!!
